company-owned and/or independently owned and operated franchise locations in the United States. By accessing,
browsing, or using the Site, or by requesting or booking an appointment, you (the “User” or “you”) agree to be bound
by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or request our services.

The Site is intended primarily to provide information about d-uñas nail care and beauty services (service menus,
reference pricing, locations, hours, and promotions) and, where available, to allow Users to request or book in-person
appointments at participating locations. The Site is not an online store; services are contracted and performed in person
at our locations.
3. Franchise Operations
d-uñas locations may be owned and operated by D-Unas Franchising USA, Inc. or by independently owned and
operated franchisees operating under the d-uñas brand pursuant to a franchise agreement. Except as otherwise required
by applicable law, D-Unas Franchising USA, Inc. is not responsible for the day-to-day operations, employment
practices, service quality, pricing, scheduling policies, or acts or omissions of independently owned franchise
locations. Pricing, promotions, hours, and specific policies may vary by location.
Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell a franchise. Any offer of a franchise will be made only through the
delivery of a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) in compliance with applicable federal and state franchise laws.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site in compliance with applicable law and agree not to:
• Use the Site for any fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized purpose, or in violation of these Terms;
• Introduce or transmit viruses, malware, or any other code or technology intended to damage or interfere
with the Site or the systems of D-Unas Franchising USA, Inc. or third parties;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas of the Site or related systems;
• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content of the Site without prior written

• Provide false, inaccurate, or third-party information without consent when booking an appointment or
contacting us.
Use of the Site requires legal capacity to contract; minors must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to
schedule and receive services.
5. Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows
Appointment requests made through the Site, social media, phone, or email are subject to availability and confirmation
by the relevant location. We recommend arriving on time; significant delays may result in rescheduling or cancellation
of the appointment in order to accommodate other clients.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance by contacting the relevant location
or the phone/email listed in these Terms. Individual locations may apply their own deposit, prepayment, or no-show
policies, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

6. Pricing and Payment
Prices published on the Site are informational and provided for reference only and may vary by service, location,
ongoing promotions, or conditions assessed at the time of service. The final price will be confirmed at the location
prior to performance of the service. Accepted payment methods will be those indicated at the applicable location.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including without limitation text, photographs, graphics, logos, the d-uñas trademark and other
distinctive signs, design, and source code, is owned by D-Unas Franchising USA, Inc. or by third parties who have
authorized its use, and is protected under applicable U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Reproduction,
distribution, public communication, or modification of such content, in whole or in part, without prior written
authorization is prohibited.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES
OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF

performance of the service. d-uñas locations are not responsible for reactions resulting from a User’s failure to disclose
such information.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL D-UNAS
FRANCHISING USA, INC., ITS AFFILIATES, FRANCHISEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR
AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE
DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE
OF THE SITE OR THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY
OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTHING IN
