• Wear gloves when washing dishes or cleaning; prolonged contact with water and chemicals weakens the polish.
• Apply cuticle oil daily to keep the area flexible and hydrated.
• Avoid using your nails as tools (opening cans, scratching, etc.) — it's the most common cause of premature chipping.
• Apply sunscreen to your hands if you'll be in the sun for extended periods, to prevent the color from fading.
• Get your removal done professionally at the salon; never peel off the polish yourself at home, as you could damage the natural nail.
